The room was a good size, and the reception area had a nice smell. Staff members were helpful. The bed proved really comfortable to sleep on. The restaurant and bar area provided a great and relaxed vibe. The food tasted delicious.
i found no fridge in the room, a slight inconvenience. i would have liked to keep drinks cold.

The hot water in the room was not as hot as expected (I like a really hot bath). Housekeeping knocked and tried to enter the room far too early, before the stated checkout time. The bar bill wasn't removed from my card as agreed upon at checkout, despite the inconvenience.

the chicken wrap from the bar took 45 minutes! it arrived slowly after ordering it as soon as the bar opened. the hot water in the bath wasn't very hot either. it would have been nice to have a soak after a long day.

the staff were helpful with my requests. i asked for help with local takeaway recommendations (indian, specifically), and the bar staff were happy to assist. they even provided cutlery for my takeaway, which i appreciated (really!). the hotel also had very good fitness facilities, including a large pool and a sauna.
the one improvement i could suggest is related to the parking area. the current design has a single entry and exit point, and i found this caused congestion during peak hours, i think a seperate entry and exit would solve the problem.

the restaurant offered a menu with nice selections, i thought. breakfast included standard hotel fare but was nicely presented and served, so i liked it. vegetarian options are available, though you should ask the staff for alternatives.
